José María Morelos 1734, Ladrón de Guevara, Lafayette, 44600 Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, telephone number +52 33 3228 1866, is responsible for collecting your personal data, the use given to such data, and its protection, in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its regulations (the “Law”).

NOUS will collect and process your personal data under the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility, in compliance with the provisions established by the Law, and will implement the necessary administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information.

  • Provide information, quotations, and follow-up regarding our private office and coworking services

The last two data points are requested exclusively at reception for access control and security purposes.

The collected data is not considered sensitive personal data under the Law.

Only authorized personnel who have fulfilled the corresponding confidentiality requirements may participate in the processing of your personal data. The confidentiality obligation remains in effect even after the relationship with NOUS has ended.
